District 6 remains a place I never miss out on whenever I'm back in Bengaluru. It's your neighbourhood pub, family restaurant, a place to chill or a place to celebrate depending on what you're in the mood for.
Love their lager, fantastic and wide selection of food ranging from traditional German Bratwurst to an even more traditional Coorgi Pandi or local favorites such as Chicken 65.
Not enough can be said about their amazing hospitality and service staff. Right from their Operations Manager Anil who was very friendly and able to accommodate any ask we had to their excellent executive chef and extremely friendly and responsive server staff, District 6 has time and again impressed, and it didn't let me down this time either.
Highly highly highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood, in town for work or in town to get away from work.

District 6 is one of the finest brewery in the city. If you are looking for quality German beer, you can't go wrong with this one.
Like any other brewery, it's packed during the weekends. Their food is really good. We tried Bullet Chicken, Lotus Stem Chips, Nachos and Fries. All of them very pretty good, especially the Nachos which was excellent. Even the main course we had at the end was delicious.
Among their beers, the Lager and Wheat were excellent, Stout was really good too. They have some good shooters as well.
But price is definitely on the higher side even for the food. Our shooters in fact shot up the bill by over 40%. Just take care of that when you are here. Otherwise, a fantastic place for beer and food.

District 6 according to me is the humblest micro brewery restaurant in North Bangalore. I say that because, everything from their seating to service to food screams simplicity yet high quality. There's nothing in there that will intimidate you including the music. The succinct menu has dishes like butter chicken, smoked sausage, palak mushroom ( my family's fav) and dum biryani etc. All these items are created and served by someone who has an eye for detail. In my multiple visits I haven't come across aggressive spice usage or varied portioning. Consistency helps us , as a customer to manage expectations and thereby the whole experience. BTW service charge is included and the valet does a great job so tip them.

It's been a long wait to visit the restaurant and finally made it. Like the ambience and the food was tasty. The presentation of the waffles were quite different and we loved it.

Have been a regular to the restaurant since the last review. Decided to add on as the management has changed since after the covid reopening and they have evolved.
The food is tastier and makes each visit special. The menu has not changed though and they have not tried to experiment with it (which is a great thing and a big challenge). Since the reopening, they seem to have come a full circle and worked on each feedback to make the dining experience a great one.

We visited on a Saturday evening and two elements impressed us most.
One, the floor design (inside portion) is done very well - we had sense of privacy and not being crowded by other tables or people. Unlike most of other pubs where one can hardly have a conversation, we had good time. Sound dissipation was very effective..
Second, micro brewery lived up to its name! Really good variation of brews being it’s strong forte. We got tasters for each and had difficult time in narrowing our favourites. Would highly recommend samplers before finalising your choice.
Food was pretty good, portions were quite large even for a group of 3 people. Despite of other recommended options, we really liked Tres Leches here, it was as good as it could get in Bangalore.
To sum it up, head here for some really nice quality time and beer 👍🏽

District 6 have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, with great music that kept everyone on their feet. The decorations were thoughtfully done, adding a unique charm to the event.

If you're on the West side of town, this is your version of the Shangri La of Brewpubs. The only authentic German Brewpub in Bangalore that has a 5crore brewing system from German that churns out top class brews.
D6 follows the German Purity Law and has wonderful food options to boot. Try their German food skeleton.
Best brews - The Lager Strong - lots of malt, caramel goodness.
The Radler - Malty with Orange/Citrus/Grapefruit juice - light and refreshing
The Hefeweizen - Traditional German Wheat Ale with lots of banana on the nose, slightly sweet, medium bodied and easy to Drink.
These are my favorites at D6 but do try a sampler first.

Located 200m from the sandal soap factory metro station and right beside orion mall,showing off the industrial look with open air ducts and refractory bricks,district 6 has the concept of 6 districts with 6 different food and beverage menu section.
Whether an afternoon with family or evening with friends,this place has lots to offer.
The equipment takes the main stage with beautifully looking beer tanks as the focal point.
They have some really great german beers.we were served the 4 tasters..the lager,the wheat,the dark and the radler. The lager was something that I have never had before- minimal alcohol percentage with maximum taste.i can keep visiting this place to have this beer..
Also we tried their signature dishes..the nachos and the bullet chicken.
Overall,the cost is on the higher side but because of the ambience and the beer,its worth the visit.

The beer here taste just fantastic mine personal fav is wheat beer in addition to this food in this place is one of the best food I've had in banglore many breweries lack in this food factor but this one just stand my expectations.
The sitting was very good and the ambience in the restaurant was just awesome. Staff is also very good and helping if you're confused what to order the staff would really help you to choose. And their service is also fantastic..

Very nice brewery in this part of the town. If you’re staying at the Sheraton you should def be here in the evening.
It gets crowded so there’s an average waiting of 15 to 20 minutes. We were asked to be at the bar area until we get a table and we actually did get one in 15 min. Frankly the bar area was fun. It’s fairly open, the bar stools are comfy and the service is fast.
I tried the District 6 dark and loved it. Very good beer 🍺
The margarita that my partner ordered was fairly average. I would advise you to stick to the beer.
The food range is quite good though. We are pork lovers so we were quite thrilled to see so many options. We tried the Pork shoulder in barbecue sauce from the German section and loved it. The chorizo and German sausage pizza was also very good. The tiramisu not so great.
Overall I had a great time here and would def recommend you to visit.

I went to District 6 which locates near Orion malI recently tried the Belluli Kabab served by Rishi, and I have to say it was really delicious. The kabab was soft, juicy, and had a rich garlic flavor that I loved. It was cooked perfectly—not too dry, not too oily. You could really taste the spices in every bite.
Rishi was the one who served it, and his behavior was very polite and friendly. He explained the dish nicely and made sure we were comfortable. It felt like he genuinely cared about the service, which made the experience even better.
Overall, the Belluli Kabab was full of flavor and the service by Rishi made it even more enjoyable.

This place is lit. Located close to Orion Mall, Yeshwanthpur, sharing same compound with WTC. The Pub has a great ambience. Usually, it is crowded during weekends. If you drop in without reservation, you can just drop your Name and phone no. in the counter, and start the evening in the bar!. Once the table is ready you will get a call. The speciality of this place is German Beer! I have been missing German beer for over 2 months after moving to India. I bet you you won't be disappointed if you are craving for German beer. Surprised to see the houseful restaurant on weekdays and waiting for 30 mins. But service staff came right running when we decided to look for other nearby options, and it was the perfect choice to have dinner in D6.
Specious seating even restaurant was crowded makes you comfortable and allow to take your time to select food and drink options.

Every dish was tasty and well made and presented.
